We had an amazing Christmas getaway at this hotel. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel right at home. The location was perfect, with easy access to nearby wineries and restaurants. The highlight of our stay was definitely the wellness facilities. We loved the fitness classes and the beautiful pool area. It was such a peaceful and relaxing environment.

There were a few negative aspects that we noticed. it would have been nice to have two room keys instead of just one.

Cleanliness and hotel facilities were impeccable. The hotel provided a charming rural view outside the room, and the large shared lounge room with a fireplace added to the cozy atmosphere. The hotel staff were welcoming and helpful, making the stay even more enjoyable. The hotel's location in a magical place was perfect, with easy access to local wineries and everything this city has to offer.

Everything is what I need and want.

From the moment we arrived, we were surrounded by exclusivity. the Spa & wellness centre provided exotic body scrub, massage and facial treatments. We enjoyed the stunning indoor swimming pool and Jacuzzi. the leisure/ TV room and picnic area were relaxing with sun loungers and gorgeous garden areas. with the BBQ facilities provided, we were able to enjoy an outdoor dining area with beach umbrellas and sun terrace. the private facilities provided in this hotel are just stunning.

Although the hotel was near to location advantages, the toiletries were slightly basic and seemed inappropriate for the luxurious surroundings we found ourselves in.

What a fantastic stay! the room was absolutely brilliant with comfortable and beautifully arranged decor, making you feel right at home. the location was surrounded by a serene atmosphere with stunning vineyards to choose from, and the outdoor pool area was a definite highlight, overlooking breath-taking views.

Though the breakfast was included, it was quite basic and could have had more of a selection. the bathroom seemed to be a little outdated, which could use some modernisation.

The lack of available wifi in the rooms was a bit inconvenient, as we had to rely on our own data for internet access.
